Enhance concentration and mind-body connection through mindful movement. Focused breath, muscle isolation, and attention to detail reduce tension, improve posture, and sharpen overall focus. Beginner-friendly!
Springest Committee will be located in the Trac Multipurpose Room for the Springfest team to find them for any necessary questions, challenges, etc.
Short Sports Day is an exciting and action-packed event that kicks off with a Relay Race, followed by a variety of fun and competitive games including Bags, Knockout, Badminton, Dodgeball, Table Tennis, Connect 4, Spike Ball, Jenga, and Mini Golf. The number of games played will depend on the teams that show up, and teams will be placed into random brackets for each game. Teams will not be able to choose their opponents, but every effort will be made to ensure diverse matchups.
Join us for an action-packed day filled with exciting sports! Sports Day will be scheduled on one bracket and may include the following long games: Sand Volleyball, Basketball, Flag Football, Soccer, volleyball, Capture the Flag, and Ultimate Frisbee. The amount of games played will be based on the amount of teams that show up on Sports Day.Teams will not choose their pairings or what game they participate in. These will be determined by putting the teams into brackets on the day of.
