MID-TERM GRADING DEADLINE: Noon on Wednesday, March 15, 2023
Students graduating in Spring 2023 or Summer 2023 who have not already taken the steps outlined below should please do so by the posted deadlines.If you have any questions or concerns, please email registrar@uis.edu or call 217-206-7730.
Students graduating in Spring 2023 or Summer 2023 must submit an online Graduation Application via Student Self-Service (https://apps.uillinois.edu/ - “Graduation” tab) by the deadlines listed below:
Spring 2023 Late Registration Begins
Late registration begins for all first-half and full-term courses. Instructor approval is required to register for all courses and late fees apply. Courses can only be added by contacting Records and Registration.
Spring 2023 Second-Half Late Registration
Late registration begins for all last-half courses. Instructor approval is required to register for all courses and late fees apply. Courses can only be added by contacting Records and Registration.
Spring 2023 Full-Term Withdrawal Deadline
Last day to withdraw, change grade option, or change to Audit for full-term courses.

Partial Withdrawal for Spring 2023 Full-Term Courses
Last day to perform partial withdrawal of full-term course(s) without financial obligation.
