In honor of Women’s History Month. Join the Alpha Phi Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. for an insightful and interactive presentation exploring the Glass Cliff and Glass Ceiling Theory. We’ll examine barriers preventing women from advancing in different places, which they had/continue to break and how it applies to our world today.

The event will include a heartfelt activity encouraging participants to write an uplifting letter to a woman who inspired them/who they believe had or is still breaking barriers.

Join the Women of Color Initiative and the Alpha Phi Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. For an extraordinary eventful evening of cultural influence appreciation through choice of Karaoke, Arts and Craft in honor of Black History Month. There will be prices and other treats.
