The next Civil Service Advisory Council meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 8 , at 10 a.m. via Zoom. All Civil Service employees are welcome to attend.
UIS is once again offering a half-day Professional Development Retreat as part of our Rise initiative. This semester’s retreat will take place Friday, January 31, and is focused on Workplace Communication. All civil service, academic professional staff and faculty are welcome to attend to learn how to communicate with anyone in any circumstances in the workplace.
The Medical Laboratory Science Program and the School of Health Sciences would like to invite you to help us celebrate Bill Wilson at his Retirement Party being held Friday, December 13, 2024 from 1:00-4:30 pm at the UIS Field Station at Lake Springfield.
Please join us as we honor Bill and celebrate his contributions to the UIS community and MLS profession!
All faculty and staff are invited to a Holiday Happy Hour from 4 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, December 18, in the Student Union Ballroom. The event will feature music, drinks and appetizers to celebrate the season. Release time will be in effect.
