Romina Trujillo Agostini appreciates the small class sizes at the University of Illinois Springfield and the connections she’s made with both classmates and professors. Trujillo Agostini is president at the International Student Association and serves as an international ambassador for International Student Services. She is a member of Psi Chi, part of the Model United Nations team and works as a research assistant for the Psychology Department. She chose UIS for its affordability, campus environment and proximity to support systems. Following graduation, she plans to pursue a master’s degree in human development counseling at UIS with the aim of becoming a licensed clinical professional counselor.
