Dear Faculty and Staff,

I am pleased to share that David Meredith has been named the University of Illinois Springfield’s next vice chancellor for enrollment and retention management, effective June 16, pending formal approval by the University of Illinois Board of Trustees.

David brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in enrollment management across public and private institutions. He most recently served as a strategic enrollment management consultant and interim executive leader, supporting institutions such as the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, the University of Toledo, Pennsylvania Highlands Community College and Union College. In this role, David will oversee undergraduate, graduate and online admissions; international admissions; enrollment processing and operations; financial aid and institutional retention efforts.
