Nagaraju Thallada enjoys the student-led events at the University of Illinois Springfield. Thallada also enjoys the versatility of the Student Union.“After joining UIS, the student union became my go-to place to meet, eat and interact with friends,” he said. Thallada is the secretary for the Student Government Association and a student worker for the Student Union. Thallada chose UIS because of the location and “unique course design for the MIS program” that grabbed his attention. Following graduation, he plans to become an entrepreneur after gaining experience in different businesses.
