Through nearly 20 years of nonprofit leadership, alumnus Dalitso Sulamoyo MA ’99 PAA, MPA ’02 PAA has helped develop affordable housing projects, ensure that small rural communities have access to safe drinking water, engaged with members of the Illinois General Assembly and U.S. Congress on public policy issues, and much more. Dr. Sulamoyo says UIS provided him with the tools and resources to be effective at leading a highly complex organization with diverse interests.
