I CARE because I think there is always a place for respect and empathy in the workplace.
How do you show CARE in your day-to-day work at UIS?
When making decisions that affect other people and units, it is not always a cut-and-dry decision. By using these tools from the CARE framework, I believe that it boosts morale and gives colleagues a sense that this decision was well thought out.
