As planning begins for the Spring 2024 semester, Information Technology Services and Classroom Scheduling Services would like to know your requests for classrooms and instructional technology services for the courses you will be teaching.

You will be able to request classrooms, equipment, programs, and other technical services to support your teaching objective - including one of our new hyflex rooms! These spaces have been outfitted with new technology, hyflex capabilities (technology suitable for hosting students in person and via Zoom simultaneously), and additional features including annotating monitors, bring-your-own-device capabilities, and easy-to-use control units to manage the technology.
Please submit one request form per course taught. Submission of this form does not guarantee equipment delivery, room space, or services. We will do our best to fulfill your request based on resource availability.
By submitting this form prior to the start of the academic semester, ITS and Classroom Scheduling Services will be able to most effectively fulfill your planned technology needs. We thank you and look forward to hearing from you.
