ECCE Speaker Series is accepting event proposals for the Spring 2027 semester for live events. Virtual / Zoom event proposals will not be considered.

Available Funding for Spring 2027 Events:

• Event / presenter funding up to $1,000 per event is available for live events ($600 for University of Illinois employees / retirees)
• Up to $1,000 per event is available for travel and lodging.

Before beginning the proposal form process, all proposers must first read the Speaker Series Event Proposal Instructions & Guidelines (Box)

All Speaker Series event proposals must be submitted in Microsoft Word via email using the Spring 2027 ECCE Speaker Series Event Proposal Form (Box). Proposals submitted in another format will not be considered.
