The School of Public Policy and Management at the University of Illinois Springfield congratulates Dr. Junfeng Wang on her appointment as Academic Program Lead for the Masters of Public Administration Program within the School of Public Management and Policy.
Dr. Wang is an Associate Professor in School of Public Management and Policy. Dr. Wang received her Ph.D. in Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2008. Her research interests include environmental policies, nonprofit leadership, and MPA education. Dr. Wang is a contributing author to the book Community Action Leaders: Rooting out Poverty at the Local Level (New York: Routledge, 2016). Her research has been published in China Land Science, State and Local Government Review, E-Mentor, Illinois Municipal Policy Journal, and The Journal of Extension.
