  • May 19: Box Collections: Explore how to use Box Collections to organize folders across your account, making it easier to find and group related content without moving files.
  • May 26: Digital Risk: Understand the risks of using outdated computers, unpatched operating systems, or unsupported technology for events—and why involving ITS early protects your data and your event.
  • June 2: Files Stored Locally: Learn why files stored only on personal computers are vulnerable, and how cloud storage improves backup, access, and collaboration from anywhere.

  • June 30: Files Accessed on Mobile or Personal Devices: Understand the security and access risks of opening university files on personal or mobile devices, and how to manage them safely.
  • July 7: Zoom and Teams Recordings: Learn how meeting recordings are stored, shared, and retained—and how to manage them responsibly to reduce clutter and risk.
  • July 14: LinkedIn Learning: Exercise Your Mind – Set a Career Plan: Kick off your learning journey by creating a career plan that builds a personalized learning path—like setting a fitness goal before starting a workout routine—with weekly check‑ins to keep you on track.
  • July 21: LinkedIn Learning: Role‑Play with AI: Practice real‑world conversations and scenarios using AI‑powered role‑play to build confidence, communication, and professional skills.
  • July 28: User Choice: Bring your questions or challenges, and we’ll work through them together. This session can also function as an open lab, with hands-on support available throughout. Additionally, we’re happy to use this time for open discussion about future workshop topics and/or ways ITS can better support the campus community.
