The Associate Provost and Chief Information Officer works with the university community to develop a coordinated vision for the role of information technologies in support of the UIS mission, vision, and strategic plan. Working with technology-focused units from across the U of I system, the Associate Provost and Chief Information Officer identifies strategies, emerging technologies, standards, infrastructure, and services to fulfill that vision.
