Experience what it’s like to navigate the workplace while pregnant with the Weighted Pregnancy Empathy Challenge. Participants will complete everyday tasks like lifting, walking stairs, or moving quickly while wearing a weighted pregnancy belly, highlighting the physical limitations and challenges pregnant employees often face. This activity raises awareness about accessibility and inspires solutions to make workplaces safer and more supportive for expecting mothers.
