Submit Your 2026 Fall Welcome Program Proposal

Planning for 2026 Fall Welcome is underway! Student organizations and campus units are invited to submit program proposals by April 11, 2026. Additional funding through Student Life available for RSOs who submit proposals and host a program during Fall Welcome.

Programs should help us build a vibrant, connected Prairie Star community by:

• Promoting campus pride and excitement
• Welcoming new and returning students
• Fostering student engagement and leadership development
• Supporting student wellness and mental health exploration
• Introducing students to key campus resources
