The year’s Chancellor’s holiday video is getting a fun new twist, and the campus community is invited to be part of it!

We’ll be celebrating our UIS family through a series of silly, festive and slightly awkward “family photos” featuring students, faculty, staff, campus departments, athletic teams and other groups from across campus.

Want to be part of it?

Gather your group and stop by the Student Union Ballroom pre-function area on Wednesday, Oct. 28, anytime between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Each group will spend about 15 minutes taking a series of silly, winter-themed photos with festive props. No preparation is needed. Just bring your group and be ready to have some fun!

Walk-ins are welcome but groups are encouraged to sign up in advance.

Not every photo or group will necessarily appear in the final holiday video, but everyone will be able to download their digital photos to keep and share.

The holiday video is a chance to showcase the people who make UIS such a special place. By bringing our campus family together, this year’s video will capture the sense of community that makes UIS feel like home.
