UIS Foot in the Door Fair

As a reminder, you're invited to register for the UIS Foot in the Door Fair set for Thursday, August 31 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. in the Student Union Ballroom. Priority Registration Deadline by noon on Friday, August 25. Registration may close sooner if all remaining spots are filled. Also, thank you to those who may have registered already and are still receiving this.
This event is focused on promoting part-time jobs, internships, and volunteer opportunities and to create opportunities for networking and relationship building between students and campus and community partners. Organizations can register via UIS CareerConnect (Handshake) when logged in to your employer account.
When registering, as a community organization/business, please select the Foot in the Door External (Off-Campus) Employer Participant option. UIS Campus Departments should select Internal (On-Campus) Employer Participant. This helps us to distinguish between UIS internal registrations for campus departments and our external community and business partners. Additionally, if your organization is in a position to help support the event, we have a limited number of Advantage Partner/sponsor options at $100 each (only 1 sponsor spot remaining!). Advantage partners will receive prime table placement and additional promotion prior to and at the event.
