All faculty and staff, excluding extra help (EH) workers, are required to complete the Faculty and Staff Title IX Training module - Building Supportive Communities: Clery Act and Title IX. This online course, hosted by Vector Solutions, addresses sexual misconduct, including sexual assault, relationship violence, stalking, and sexual harassment in the workplace, along with current Title IX requirements. Completion of this course is mandatory for all faculty and staff and satisfies the requirements outlined in state and federal law.

The training window begins today, March 2, 2026 and ends at 5 p.m. on April 3, 2026.

Employees who do not complete their required training will be considered noncompliant and subject to corrective action in accordance with established policies and procedures.**Please Note: If you are an enrolled student and a university employee, you must complete both the Sexual Misconduct Prevention for Undergraduate/Graduate Students and the Faculty and Staff training assignments.

This course is mobile responsive, though the preferred method of completion would be on a computer or tablet with audio capabilities. The course may be completed in one sitting or in segments. You should allow approximately 45 minutes to complete the course in its entirety. 

Access the Course:

  1. Log in
  2. Select your campus, if applicable
  3. Enter your university net id and password
  4. Click the Sign In/Login button
  5. Authenticate using 2FA, if applicable
  6. Locate your assignment (Building Supportive Communities: Clery and Title IX) and select the “Start” button
  7. Follow on-screen prompts to complete your training
  8. Print or save your certificate of completion for your records

**This training may contain minimal animations. If users are unable to complete coursework with minimal animations, please contact ethicsofficer@uillinois.edu for alternate training options.
