System Human Resource Services (SHRS) recently updated our website to clarify information, answer common questions, and reference relevant legislation. Key updates include:

1. Military Leave – Updated guidelines for leave notices, compensation, and information on ISERRA, Illinois’ version of USERRA.
2. Tuition Waiver – Clarified details on employee and child tuition waivers, including application timing and a new section for Interinstitutional Civil Service Employees.
3. Personnel Record Review – New page for requesting employment records, created in response to recent amendments to the Illinois Personnel Records Review Act.
