Bio: Elijah is a Political Scientist and a Public Servant and has served in various public and private institutions in Ghana. Elijah worked as an assistant project coordinator at the Forestry Commission of Ghana, Winniba District Office- Central region. In this role, Elijah served as an assistant to the project manager, conducted research, and prepared reports, presentations, and briefs. Elijah has also served as a tutor at Kwanyanko Senior High School, where he taught Government. 

Elijah is currently a co-founder of the Fortune Club for Boys & Girls. Fortune Club for Boys & Girls is a community service organization that engages in advocacy, leadership training for youth, women’s empowerment and charity.

Relevant Professional Experience: Assistant Project Coordinator, Forestry Commission, Winniba District Office, Central Region-Ghana

Research interests: Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) for delivering infrastructure, Small and Medium Enterprises’ participation in Public-Private Partnerships, and examining the role of PPPs in the development of digital infrastructure.
