Once a Star, Always a Star is the theme for UIS Homecoming 2026, taking place Oct. 4-10. Faculty and staff are invited to join students, alumni and the campus community for a week of events celebrating Prairie Star pride and the UIS community.

Employee highlights include the soccer and volleyball games, Prairie Star Pep Rally, Friday Night Star Party, Prairie Stars 5K and Pancake Breakfast and the Alumni Gala, which is open to faculty and staff.
