Before You Begin:

• If this is an emergency, call UIS Police at 217-206-7777.
• The Digital Suggestion Hub is intended for feedback, suggestions, compliments, questions, and non-emergency service concerns related to the student experience.
• Feedback and compliments will be shared with the appropriate office or department for review.
• Reports involving discrimination or harassment will be referred to the Office of Access and Equal Opportunity (AEO).
• Reports involving sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, or related concerns will be referred to the Title IX Office.
• Reports involving immediate threats, criminal activity, or campus safety concerns will be referred to the UIS Police Department.
• Anonymous submissions are accepted; however, UIS may be unable to follow up or request additional information when contact information is not provided.
