It depends on the type of position, so here's a quick rundown. Graduate Hourly employees need to be reviewed in the fall and again in the summer. Federal Work-Study (FWS) positions are reviewed every fall, and you can begin submitting those as early as July 15. And any position that was entered with an end date will need to be rehired if the student is continuing to work for you.
