In partnership with the American Cancer Society's Illinois Lung Cancer Roundtable, UIS Public Health is hosting a radon awareness & education webinar.

The webinar will increase your knowledge of radon, a colorless, odorless, radioactive gas that can be found in buildings. This 45-minute program provides participants with information regarding how to test your home, understand the results of that test and learn how to mitigate radon.

In addition to the webinar (register for the webinar), attendees can find a local watch party kit distribution event listed below. Short-term radon testing kits will be available at each site while supplies last.
