Yoga + Aromatherapy

Join Haley for an all-levels yoga class that offers standing, balancing, and seated poses, along with plenty of modifications and props. This class will begin with a warming and heart-opening yang practice to allow energy to flow throughout the body. The second half will focus on yin postures held longer to stretch the connective tissues and help us relax even the deepest layers of the body. This class combines a balance of both movement and stillness, strength and flexibility, and physicality and mindfulness.

 

As part of Stress Less Week, participants will enjoy the added support of essential oils during class and receive one to take home, along with a brief guide on their benefits for stress relief and mindfulness.
