Kate joined the UIS Division of Advancement in January of 2025 and serves as the Director of Annual Giving and Strategic Programs. Kate brings 8 years of advancement experience to UIS in public education. Prior to her role at UIS, Kate served as Director of Development at Illinois State University and Director of Major Gifts at Penn State University. Kate earned her Masters of Public Administration from Penn State University and Bachelors of Art in Public Communication and Spanish from Truman State University.
