All requests for off-campus travel by staff/administrators in the Division of Academic Affairs must be authorized in advance via the online Travel App. Recurring meetings (e.g., all monthly/quarterly advisory board or committee meetings for the semester or academic year) for a particular responsibility may be submitted as a bulk request on one form. The purpose of this form is to reduce risk to the individual and to the institution by clearly identifying when the employee is in work-related travel mode, and when the employee is on personal time. A check of approved travel requests may be made whenever requests for expense reimbursement are submitted for approval.
