Library Commons

Temporary fencing has been installed around the construction site and the laydown area in parking lot A-North. The contractor is preparing the lot and digging will begin the week of July 28. Watch the construction in real time using the Library Commons Live Stream!

Public Affairs Center (PAC) Plumbing Infrastructure Renovation

This project will renew the plumbing system in PAC by repairing and replacing sanitary sewer and domestic water pipes. The project started in June 2025 and is expected to wrap up in April 2027. Visit our dedicated PAC Plumbing Infrastructure Renovation Project webpage for the latest updates.

University Hall Building (UHB) College of Business and Management Trading Room

A state-of-the-art experiential active learning space is being constructed for the College of Business Management (CBM) on the 4th floor of UHB. Work will include the demolition of some interior walls, relocation of some doorways, and new flooring, ceiling and LED lighting.

University Hall (UHB) Classroom Lighting

Classroom lighting is being upgraded to new LED flat panels.

Roll into Fun at the Bocce Ball Court!

A bocce ball court is the latest addition to Rec Park. This addition was made possible through the vision of Campus Recreation, the financial support of the Good Idea Fund, and the skillful work of our Grounds crew.

Structure Demolition

Demolition of structures that have exceeded their life expectancy, deteriorated beyond repair, and have become prohibitively costly to operate and maintain.
