Public Affairs Center (PAC) Plumbing Infrastructure Renovation
This project will renew the plumbing system in PAC by repairing and replacing sanitary sewer and domestic water pipes. The project started in June 2025 and is expected to wrap up in April 2027. Visit our dedicated PAC Plumbing Infrastructure Renovation Project webpage for the latest updates.
Parking Lot D
An unexpected problem with the curbing has caused a significant delay that is unlikely to be resolved before the temperatures become too cold for the materials needed for the lot. The project schedule has been revised accordingly with completion now scheduled for May 2026.
University Hall (UHB) Classroom Lighting
Classroom lighting is being upgraded to new LED flat panels. This project is ongoing so as to not interrupt classes. Expect to see more work between semesters in December and January!
Roof Work on Founders and Lincoln Residence Halls
The roofing will be replaced on both Founders and Lincoln Residence Halls this autumn. Inclement weather has caused some delays, and a revised schedule will be shared when available.
Health & Sciences Building (HSB) Lab Modernization
Renovations will begin approximately Sept 5-8 on the 3rd floor of HSB to create a Centralized Lab Equipment Facility. Rooms 329 and 330 will be transformed into a shared space for housing lab instruments accessible to all labs within HSB. Project completion is expected in February 2026.
Projects on the horizon
