ITS Client Services is the primary point of contact for technology questions, problems, and issues. Support is available to all UIS faculty, staff, and enrolled students.

ITS Client Services – How to Get Support

ITS is United in Safety! In an effort to keep us all healthy and safe, we have set up an additional service center and adjusted our hours of service.

Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 8am – 9pm
  • Friday: 8am – 5pm
  • Saturday: Closed
  • Sunday: 1pm -9pm

When You Need Support:

Please contact us via phone, email or live chat so that we can try to assist you remotely. If an in-person visit is needed, we will set an appointment with you that works in your schedule so that we are ready for you when you arrive and can avoid lines/crowds.

How To Get To ITS Client Services:

If an in-person appointment is needed, please wear a mask and come at your designated time. Both service centers are located in the lower level of Brookens Library – one in the lower level lounge and one in the Media Lab.

Via the Stairs: Enter the main doors of Brookens Library, and take the stairs to your right. At the bottom of the stairs, follow the hallway to the right, and take the first right through the glass doors.

Via the Elevator: Enter the door to Brookens Library that is closest to Parking Lot C. Take the elevator to the first floor. Turn right off the elevator and take the first left. Follow the hallway to the glass doors.
