Campus-Wide Wi-Fi Upgrade - Public Affairs Center, Foxglove, and Marigold

Thanks to campus and system-level financial support, ITS is in the process of implementing a campus-wide infrastructure refresh as part of our efforts to improve Wi-Fi performance. This is a multi-phase project with an expected projected completion date of August 2025. During the week of April 7, we will be upgrading the Public Affairs Center, Foxglove, and Marigold. During the transition for each building, laptops, tablets, and phones should automatically switch to the new Wi-Fi after a possible brief interruption in service. |

UIS Completes Series Sweep with 13-2 Win at Upper Iowa

The UIS baseball team capped off a four-game sweep of Upper Iowa with a 13-2 victory on Sunday afternoon in Fayette, Iowa. The Prairie Stars have now won 12 straight games dating back to March 22 and improve to 21-10 overall and 14-5 in GLVC play. The Peacocks dropped to 14-18 overall and 10-10 in the conference.

UIS and Maryville Trade Wins in Sunday Doubleheader

UIS Softball is now 23-14 overall and 11-7 in the GLVC after splitting a doubleheader with Maryville on Sunday. The Prairie Stars won the first game 3-0 before falling 6-1 in the second.

UIS in Sixth After Opening Round at Ken Partridge Invitational

The UIS Men's Golf team is in sixth place after the opening round of the Ken Partridge Invitational, carding a team score of 288 strokes to stand sixth out of 20 teams. Competing in a strong field, the Prairie Stars are just seven strokes off the lead.
