I am pleased to announce that on July 17, 2025, after campus-level review, the University of Illinois Board of Trustees approved the following UIS faculty for tenure and/or promotion:

Facilities and Services will oversee the inspection of fire alarm systems in the coming week. This is primarily a visual inspection, but there will be brief, intermittent activations of alarm horns and strobe lights as part of inspection procedures.

The Tower 2 elevator is temporarily out of service. Kone is expected to arrive on campus around mid-day today to make repairs.

The Tower 3 is currently being used by the contractor to transport materials but is available for use if needed. Please exercise caution if using the Tower 3 elevator.
