Emmanuel Sir Odoom is starting his doctoral degree in Public Administration at University of Illinois Springfield in fall 2023. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and Sociology at University of Ghana, Legon and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University (CMU). At CMU, He served as a graduate assistant in the office of Curriculum and Instructions.
