2024 Summer Conference Rates

** Residence Halls do not have Kitchens or Dining Areas. There are floor lounges.
Townhouse / apartmentRates
Quad: 4 persons / 4 bedrooms; up to 2 persons per bathroom:
Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room
$80.00 per person per night
Private: (1-2) persons per bedroom; (1-2) person's per bathroom:
Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room
$105.00 per person per night
** Minimum 3 persons in a Townhouse or Apartment - use of assigned spaces only.
Linen PackagesRates
1 pillow, 1 pillow case, 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 1 blanket, 4 wash cloths, 4 hand towels, 4 towels. All members of the conference group receive the same linen package. Change of linens occurs after six (6) consecutive nights of stay. $20.00 per package per week
** Daily Service (beds made daily and trash removal) is not available. Linen packages are either provided to all attendees or none with the selection made by the Conference Sponsor.

Damaged, Stolen, or Lost linen will be charged at the cost of replacement with Vendor.

All persons residing in a townhouse/apartment must be 18 years of age or older.

Townhouse spaces are subject to availability only and cannot be guaranteed. Leaders are not required for Townhouse spaces.

Residence Halls

Reside in Lincoln or Founders Residence Hall. Each Hall has 200 beds per building to accommodate any size group. ADA rooms are available.

Residence halls are centrally located to the Student Union, The Recreation and Athletic Center, Public Affairs Center and many other campus locations.

Guests will stay in four person suites. Suites consist of two double rooms with a shared semi-private bath. Each double room is furnished with two beds, two desks, and two dressers.

Conference assistants are available to assist with check-in and out, and other needs.

No pets are allowed in the UIS campus buildings.

Townhouses & Apartments

Reside in one of our four bedroom, two bath townhouses or apartments. Ada units available.

Both are a short walk to the Student Union, The Recreation and Athletic Center, Public Affairs Center and most other campus locations.

Each unit comes with a full kitchen, including stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. Guests will need to provide a microwave, cooking utensils and supplies. Each bedroom comes furnished with a bed, desk, and dresser.

No pets are allowed in the UIS campus buildings.
