Faculty and Staff Campaign
Each year, the Faculty and Staff Campaign encourages all UIS employees to make a gift to UIS during the current fiscal year. During the 2023 fiscal year, a record-breaking 53.4% of UIS employees made at least one (but often more than one) gift to UIS! Gifts of any amount, to any area of UIS, “count” as part of the campaign. Special efforts are carried out in March to raise awareness and have fun while promoting employee giving. To answer questions and provide encouragement to give, each unit on campus has a Faculty and Staff Campaign ambassador. View a list of this year’s Campaign Ambassadors.
Reaching Stellar
The University of Illinois Springfield launched the public phase of the largest fundraising campaign in its history on October 10, 2017. The goal of “Reaching Stellar: The Campaign for the University of Illinois Springfield” was to raise $40 million to benefit students, faculty and the Springfield community. The campaign concluded in June 2022, raising a total of $42,486,248 or 106% of the $40 million goal. Visit our Reaching Stellar site for more information.
