Dean of Students Office - Book Voucher Request

In certain cases, the Dean of Students Office will provide a voucher such that a student can order and receive a textbook or other instructional material that is otherwise unavailable or outside the funds available to a qualifying student. Ownership of the title is retained by the University, but the student requesting the voucher will have possession of the material for the effected semester. 

Conditions: 

1. Student will determine if the material is available through a free source, such as a download from an internet site, from the Brookens Library, or from the in-house library at the Diversity Center  prior to requesting a voucher from the Dean of Students Office.
   1. Information about the Book Rental Program at the Diversity Center is under "student resources."
2. Student agrees to deliver the borrowed material to the in-house library at the Diversity Center at the end of the effected semester. All books are due the Friday of finals week by 5:00 pm.
