Stationery

All campus units must use a standardized stationery format designed by UIS Marketing and Brand Strategy and available for order through Illini Union Document Services, a university unit at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.  

To ensure consistency, standards for paper, inks, logos and typefaces have been established for all stationery materials. Illini Union Document Services will not supply stationery materials that differ in design or content from the standardized format. 

Branded stationery templates include: 

• Letterheads 
• Envelopes 
• Business cards 
• Mailing labels 
• Memo pads
