Graphic Design Support

University graphic design services are available through the Office of Marketing and Brand Strategy case-by-case without fee.

Approved projects could include:

  • Event items
  • Digital assets
  • Print-ready files
  • Nametag designs
  • Marketing fact sheets

Projects that will not be considered:

  • Swag/promotional items
  • Bulk mailings (including letters, remits, envelopes, mail merges, etc.)—coordinate directly with an outside vendor for mailings, creation through dissemination.
  • Print coordination
  • University stationery
  • Projects that require lower-level graphic design expertise and can be completed by the unit with university resources, such as Adobe Express <link to Adobe Express section/page)

More info will be available soon for the items listed as not-for-consideration to provide direction and resources.

Submitting a project

Projects will be accepted based on workload, impact for the university, and a necessary level of graphic design skill needed to effectively execute the project.

Lead time: A minimum of 10 business days is required ahead of the due date to receive digital files. Multi-page or heavily technical projects could require more advance notice. Reminder: The due date for graphics files could be different than the deadline for a project, if it includes printing with an outside vendor.

Edits: Projects are limited to two rounds of edits, in lieu of charging for services. Projects that exceed two rounds of edits will be paused and placed at the end of the queue, regardless of due date.

Deliverables: The submitter will receive digital files. Any printing of files should be coordinated by the requesting unit and an outside vendor, including payment.

Thank you

We appreciate your patience as we pilot this new approach to providing graphic design expertise in alignment with brand strategy and university priorities. This process could vary as we learn more about needs, available resources, and data from requests received. Thank you in advance as we navigate this transition with you.
