About ISAS Hub
The Interdisciplinary Scientific AI Supercomputing Hub (ISAS) brings together faculty, students, researchers, and external partners to address complex questions through scientific artificial intelligence, statistical analysis, computational modeling, and Physical AI.
ISAS provides a collaborative environment in which disciplinary knowledge is combined with computational and quantitative expertise. The Hub supports research from initial problem formulation and study design through data analysis, model development, visualization, and communication of results. It also creates opportunities for students to gain meaningful research experience while working alongside faculty and project partners.
Housed within the College of Health, Science, and Technology, ISAS strengthens interdisciplinary research and education at UIS and helps connect the university’s expertise with the needs of the broader community.
