When the File Request feature is enabled for a folder, people will be able to upload files to the folder via an upload page. Unless they have been given access to the folder or a parent folder, they will not be able to view the folder or its contents.

The Newsletter content type builds an email newsletter from selected Article and Event content. Editors choose the newsletter layout, add a subject line, add a recipient list, select articles and events, preview the email, send a test, and then queue the final send.
Content that has been published for historical, legal, or reference purposes could remain on the website, even if the content is not accessible. However, all criteria for archived web content exception must be followed for web content to be archived.
Note: Content that qualifies as archivable, may still require an accessible version of the document upon request. A best practice is to create and publish accessible content when possible.
Frequently asked questions can be added to the site using the FAQ content type. Additionally there are options to import FAQs using the FAQ template. If you want the web team to import the FAQs fill out the template and submit a website project request to import.
