The Human Development Counseling Program values the role of site supervisors in supporting student development. HDC students benefit from the expertise and guidance provided through intentional supervision to support their growth and development as a counselor in training. This supervision includes a focus on skill development, counselor dispositions, and a space to process the nuance of emotions and thoughts that surround becoming a professional counselor.
