Kenneth Kriz has been named the Interim Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration at the University of Illinois Springfield. He will serve as interim vice chancellor-designate until formal approval by the Board of Trustees.

When/Where

Saturday, May 13, 2 p.m.| Bank of Springfield Center in downtown Springfield.

Arrival

Arrive between 1 and 1:30 p.m. The doors will close 15 minutes prior to the ceremony; you will not participate if you arrive after the doors close. Give yourself ample time for traffic, finding a parking spot and walking to the BOS Center. There are other events the same day downtown, so parking might take extra time.

First, I hope you are all in the midst of a wonderful summer break. That may mean a week, a few select weekends, a month or maybe even the entire summer. If not, I certainly hope you are finding time to relax. We all deserve that.
