Ongoing Projects

Public Affairs Center (PAC) Plumbing Infrastructure Renovation: This project will renew the plumbing system in PAC by repairing and replacing sanitary sewer and domestic water pipes. Summer to early fall work schedule:

Demolition of structures that have exceeded their life expectancy, deteriorated beyond repair, and have become prohibitively costly to operate and maintain.

• Police Department Storage Building (PDB)
• Spencer House, barn, and garage
• Business Services Building (BSB): east wing only
• Visual & Performing Arts Building (VPA): east wing only

Parking Lot D: Resurfacing of the lot and installation of an LED lighting system.

Health & Sciences Building (HSB): Renovation of rooms 329 and 330 to become a centralized lab equipment facility.
