UIS Information Technology Services IT Technical Associate Zach Logsdon has been named the 2023 Employee of the Year at the University of Illinois Springfield. He was honored during a reception on Jan. 25, 2024, in the UIS Student Union.

Before announcing the winner, UIS Chancellor Janet Gooch thanked the eleven Employees of the Month who were nominated for the award.

Logsdon, who was the December 2023 Employee of the Month, played an integral role in the launch of the new UIS Esports Arena.

We are excited to announce that the 2024 Retirement & Recognition Ceremony will be held on Thursday, April 11th from 9:00-10:30am in the Student Union.

To ensure we are celebrating all honorees, please check our lists if you celebrated or will celebrate a 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 year milestone between 8/16/2023 and 8/15/2024.
