Mission: UIS Coalition Builders is an organization of staff, faculty, and students that supports the UIS community and its members in cultivating and participating in effective coalitions through skills development, educational programming, and relationship building.

Vision: UCB will support collaborative and co-learning work that amplifies diverse experiences, creates equity, and develops cultural humility within our communities with the intention of building sustainable processes of collective engagement.
