Donna chose the Legal Studies Master’s Degree Program at the University of Illinois Springfield (UIS) for several reasons including her interest in political and legal issues and public affairs. Her husband taught at UIS and she had three children at home while pursuing her Master’s Degree. She thought the Legal Studies Master’s Degree would be a great compliment to her Political Studies Bachelor’s Degree from UIS. |

Her main research interest while attending the University of Illinois Springfield (UIS) included administrative law and state government work. The courses offered in the UIS Legal Studies Bachelor’s Degree Program allowed her to pursue her interests and develop her research and analysis skills for her education as well as her career. |
