MPART is a student-powered Medicaid policy lab that produces standardized, high-quality applied Medicaid policy research that supports real-world decision-making while developing future policy leaders. MPART conducts applied research at the intersection of health policy and emerging technology, producing credible, actionable intelligence for policymakers, state agencies, and their partners.

How We Work

MPART operates through a standardized research production model designed to ensure consistency, accuracy, and repeatability across all outputs. Work is structured into distinct phases — topic, design, collect, validate, curate — with clear ownership at each stage. All outputs undergo structured review including data validation and final review by senior research staff prior to publication.
