The construction area has been roped off. Please use caution when traveling around the area. The sidewalk is expected to reopen approximately June 17.
Public Affairs Center (PAC) Plumbing Infrastructure Renovation
This project will renew the plumbing system in PAC by repairing and replacing sanitary sewer and domestic water pipes.
The building closure has begun, and all PAC occupants are now operating from temporary physical or remote locations. The water main shutoff occurred on Thursday, May 14, and the water main replacement is expected to take about 4 weeks.
The overall project is anticipated to be substantially complete by mid-June, with cleaning and phased re-occupancy scheduled to begin in July. The university is working toward full operations resuming before the start of the fall semester. Please stay tuned for future announcements and schedule updates.
