Exam Proctoring

Exam proctoring is available when you need a proctor for an online class or if you need to make up an exam due to an absence. 

An appointment is required by either calling the office at 217-206-8114 or by emailing the testing center at testingservices@uis.edu.  

Please include the following details for your appointment to be scheduled: 

• Your Name, UIN, & phone number
• Course Name and Number (Ex. CHE 101)
• Instructor's name
• Time allowed for the exam
• Day and Time you prefer to test

It will be up to you to make sure your instructor knows about your appointment and sends the exam in time.  On the day of your exam, you will sign in to the testing center, show your picture ID, and then place all of your belongings in a locker in the hallway.  After you have completed the exam, we will make sure your instructor receives it.
