Academic Year Office Hours
During the academic year, the Office of Digital Accessibility holds office hours in person on Mondays from 10:00-11:00 AM in BRK 437 and online on Tuesdays from 10:00-11:00 AM. During this time, the Digital Accessibility Specialist will answer questions on remediation and accessibility. Individuals can also use the Outlook booking tool to set up an appointment outside of these hours with ODA staff.

Joining the Office Hour Zoom
You must be logged into your Zoom account to join the meeting.
Go to UIS Zoom portal and log in with your NetID and password. Next, in the same browser, go to the ODA Office Hours Zoom.
If you have the Zoom app installed on your computer, log in with your UIS NetID and password, with the instructions below:
- Click on Sign In
- Click on the SSO button.
- Select UIS as the domain and Submit
- You will be prompted to enter your UIS NetID and password, as well as multi-factor authentication.
- Once you are logged into Zoom, click on the ODA Office Hours Zoom meeting link to join.
